This mainstage conversation will focus on what it takes to bring capital to the table in a way that is both bankable and sovereignty aligned, including governance, early engagement, timeline certainty, and cultural resource protection. 

We will spotlight real participation models that go beyond consultation, including equity and revenue structures, joint development, long term services contracts, and procurement and workforce pathways that keep value in community for the life of the asset.
