Royina is a Supplier Relations Specialist and the Mentor-Protégé Program Lead at Sandia National Laboratories. Royina has been an esteemed member of the Sandia team since 2017, contributing a wealth of expertise that spans 24 years in project management, 9 years in Capital accounting, 4 years in leadership roles, and over 5 years as a Supplier Relations Specialist. Her extensive background enhances the collaborative efforts at Sandia and underscores her commitment to excellence in every endeavor.

Before her tenure at Sandia, Royina served as a Legislative Projects and Accounting Manager for Albuquerque Public Schools, where she honed her skills in Capital project oversight and financial management.

Royina earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico, with concentrations in Communication, Business Administration, and Human Resources. She is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), underscoring her expertise in process improvement and project execution.
