Malia currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (Oncor), the largest utility in Texas, serving 13 million Texans, and the largest pure-play wires company in America. In this role, she leads the company’s technology function, including strategy and operations, technology investment management, and cyber and data security operations. Malia brings a passion for security-cyber, information, and network, that is driven from the perspective of protecting both people and companies.

As a leader, Malia carries a personal commitment for empowering individuals to cultivate excellence through intentions, ambitions, and resiliency, and strives to inspire others to recognize and utilize their inherent strengths for their team’s shared purposes. Through her service as executive sponsor of the Oncor Women’s Network Employee Resource Group and membership on the boards of the Oncor Cares Foundation and Ascend Dallas, a non-profit in the Texas community, Malia extends her personal commitment to empowerment and development both at Oncor and in her community.

Additionally, Malia has significant and diverse experience in management consulting, organizational design, change management, global delivery and operations, business process design, and digital grid operations. Malia has 25 years of experience in the technology and utilities industries and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. She lives in North Texas with her husband and three children.
