Mr. Esaúl Ramírez is the Associate Director of Project Finance at the North American Development Bank (NADBank), a binational financial institution headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. NADBank was established and capitalized in equal parts by the United States and Mexico for the purpose of financing environmental infrastructure projects along their common border.

As head of renewable energy and energy storage lending at NADBank, Mr. Ramírez has led the bank's efforts in this sector for over 14 years. His expertise has contributed to NADBank's participation in over 40 transactions for over 4 GW of wind and solar energy and 1.3 GWh of energy storage capacity, whose investment totals more than $8 billion dollars.

Prior to joining NADBank, Mr. Ramírez gained experience in the energy industry while serving in various capacities at PNM Resources, Inc., an investor-owned energy holding company. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Summa Cum Laude, and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Management from the University of New Mexico.
