
Viktoriya is Consumer Engagement Manager at Toyota Sustainable Development Division, overseeing Hispanic, AAPI, LGBTQ+, Young Professionals, and Native American portfolios of grants. In her role, she is responsible for ensuring strategic accuracy and elevating brand reputation with Toyota’s affinity groups. Viktoriya has been a part of the Sustainable Development Division since April 2019, when she first joined the Strategy and Analytics team. In that role, she has worked on various strategic cross-functional initiatives having enterprise-wide impact.
Before Sustainable Development Division, Viktoriya was part of the Toyota Marketing Brand and Multicultural team, where she was responsible for developing strategies for the African American, LGBTQ+, Faith-Driven, and Differently-Abled consumer markets.
Viktoriya has a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems, B.A. in International Affairs from Lees-McRae College, and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Pepperdine University. In her free time, Viktoriya enjoys exploring foreign cultures and foods, skiing, and playing tennis.
