Mallory Bailey is the Procurement Lead at Kairos Power's Manufacturing Development Campus located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this role, she is responsible for supporting Kairos Power's vertical integration strategy by building out valued supply chain partnerships, optimizing internal processes in support of the company's rapid iterative approach and scaled growth, and serving as a cross-functional touchpoint for supply chain & procurement alignment on timelines, budget, and internal initiatives. Mallory also leads Kairos Power's Supplier Diversity Program, a company initiative dedicated to supporting small and diversity-owned business partnerships within the communities Kairos Power serves.

Raised in Roswell, New Mexico, Mallory returned to the state in 2021 bringing her career full circle with her commitment to enabling the world's transition to clean energy through her role in Supply Chain & Procurement and local community roots.
