Alfonso L. Arguindegui serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AOC Holding Company, Inc., overseeing the operations and strategic direction of its diverse portfolio of subsidiaries. Since joining the company in 1988, after earning a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, Mr. Arguindegui has exemplified visionary leadership and innovation.

Beginning his career in the retail division, Arguindegui Pump-N-Shop Ltd., Alfonso spearheaded a significant expansion of the company’s retail footprint, growing from seven to eighteen convenience store locations. His remarkable achievements earned him the prestigious DuPont Management Business Scholarship, propelling his professional development. In 2002, he further enhanced his expertise by completing the Minority Business Executive Program at the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.

Entrusted by his late father, Peter Arguindegui Jr., with the task of leading the company’s next phase of growth in 2002, Alfonso was appointed Chairman and CEO in 2010. Under his leadership, AOC Holding Company has transformed into a multifaceted enterprise with a robust portfolio, including:
