A native Houstonian, Tracy graduated with her B.A. in Business and Mass Communications from Houston Christian University before starting her career in the energy industry at Devon Energy in Upstream Land. In 2011, she hired on at Shell where she negotiated and managed contracts and leaseholds in several onshore assets and assisted in closing over $700MM in commercial divestment deals before transitioning into the US Projects Contracts & Procurement group in 2020, where she became a focal point for influencing Shell’s Supplier Diversity within the US Shales business. Today, she continues her dedication to the engagement, development, utilization and growth of minority-owned, women-owned, LGBTQ-owned, veteran-owned, disabled-persons-owned and small business enterprises in all US lines of business as a Supplier Development Advisor in Shell USA.

In her personal life, Tracy enjoys life adventures with her partner Jennifer, daughter Nixon, and her two future stepsons Andrew & Jaxson, as well as playing sports (golf, softball & tennis), traveling, and attending live sporting & music events.
