Born and raised in Puerto Rico and having lived in Spain for over two decades, she is deeply connected to the Hispanic community and passionate about advancing diversity in energy. She leads a predominantly Hispanic team across the U.S., Spain, and Mexico, and is committed to building inclusive, high-performing organizations that drive the clean energy transition.
