Nathali Parker is the co-owner and CEO of KLP Construction Supply, a heavy
civil dealer and distributor with five locations across Texas. She co-founded
the company in 2012 with her sister, Karen Parker Rogers, focusing on the
heavy highway and infrastructure industry.
Parker is an active leader in several industry organizations. She is involved
with the Association of General Contractors (AGC) Heavy Civil and Utilities
Division, the Future Young Leaders Committees for both the Central Texas
and DFW chapters, and the AGC Workforce Development Task Force. She
also serves on multiple committees for the Texas Asphalt Pavement
Association (TXAPA) and is the founding chairwoman of the Women of
Asphalt Texas Branch.
Parker previously served on the TXAPA Board of Directors as chair of the
Associate Division and is an active member of the Texas Aggregates and
Concrete Association (TACA). Her work reflects not only a strong
commitment to workforce development, but also to advancing opportunities
for women within the construction industry.
In 2018, Texas Governor Gregg Abbott appointed Parker to serve on the
Governor’s Commission for Women and in 2020 was named Chairwoman.
She has recently been reappointment Chairwoman of the Texas Governor’s
Commission for Women serving her fifth continuous term on the commission.
Parker earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University,
where she competed as an all-conference javelin thrower and heptathlete on
the track and field team. In 2025, she received an honorary doctorate from
the university’s School of Construction Science.
Parker is originally from Hunter, TX, and identifies as a proud citizen of the
Chickasaw Nation.
