Carlos L. Acosta is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bluebonnet Power, a Dallas–Fort Worth–based firm specializing in energy infrastructure consulting and grid-edge technology to strengthen energy resilience for airports, universities, ports, transit systems, hospital systems, and general contractors. As CEO, he leads Bluebonnet Power’s strategy and operations, helping customers across Texas and around the nation design and execute smarter, more reliable energy solutions.

Carlos also serves as Chief Operating Officer and Growth Leader for CARCON Industries and STL Engineers, where he continues the legacy of his mother, Arcilia C. Acosta, a pioneering Latina entrepreneur who founded the firms more than 25 years ago in the construction and engineering space. Inspired by her example, he brings a deep respect for the craft and grit of building, paired with a passion for innovation in the power and energy sectors.

A lifelong learner with experience spanning engineering, energy, and construction, Carlos is known for translating complex challenges into practical, sustainable strategies.
