Her upbringing not only sparked her passion for overcoming adversity in the real estate and finance space – but also use her leadership to inspire and educate others. A dynamic entrepreneur, Trixy is passionate about empowering individuals, especially women, to excel in their business and entrepreneurial pursuits. With a remarkable career spanning over two decades, she has launched and invested in over 50 companies across diverse industries. She is a known innovator in the real estate and finance industries. As the founder and former owner of Genesis Capital, she revolutionized real estate private money financing, growing the company to an industry leader. She created Genesis Auctions, a real estate auction platform to provide her borrowers access to additional inventory. Trixy's visionary approach led to the acquisition of Hudson & Marshall, a renowned real estate auction platform, which she merged with Genesis Auctions. She then had two successful exits with Genesis Capital being sold to Goldman Sachs, and Hudson & Marshall selling to Fidelity National Title. Trixy never slowed down and since the above exits she has created, invested in and sold numerous other ventures. In 2021 she realized that an innovative approach to lending was needed once more, and she launched TRX Capital. Some of her other current ventures include Verifee, an AI-powered payment processing company and Green Edge Homes, a green building materials company.
