The 2026 United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) Policy Platform outlines a forward-looking, pro-growth agenda centered on strengthening Hispanic-owned businesses and advancing America’s economic competitiveness. Grounded in the belief that “As Hispanic Businesses Go, So Does the U.S. Economy,” the platform highlights the critical role Hispanic entrepreneurs, workers, and consumers play in driving innovation, job creation, and national economic growth.

The platform focuses on key policy priorities including access to capital, workforce development, education and STEM opportunities, healthcare, immigration reform, infrastructure modernization, artificial intelligence and digital innovation, broadband expansion, energy resilience, and international trade. It also emphasizes increasing Hispanic participation in economic and financial decision-making processes while advocating for practical, bipartisan solutions that support small business growth and long-term economic prosperity.

Representing more than five million Hispanic-owned businesses that contribute over $800 billion annually to the U.S. economy, the USHCC’s 2026 Policy Platform serves as a roadmap for policymakers, corporate leaders, and stakeholders committed to building a stronger, more inclusive, and globally competitive American economy.
