A Story Rooted in Resilience - Born in Long Island, New York, and raised in Jucuapa, El Salvador, during the Civil War, Lisa's early life was shaped by adversity. Raised in a single-parent household, her mother immigrated to the U.S. to provide Lisa with greater opportunities and a brighter future. This experience instilled in Lisa a profound understanding of the challenges faced by immigrant families and a deep commitment to community service. Lisa is a nationally and internationally recognized powerhouse in business, diversity, and Latina empowerment.
Professional Leadership - As the Founder and CEO of ATL Search Group, a Women, DBE, and Minority certified full-service staffing company and executive search. She has transformed the workforce landscape by creating opportunities for bilingual and underrepresented talent. With over 28 years of experience in staffing and human resources, she has built a reputation for excellence and dedication. Under her leadership, ATL Search Group has been recognized multiple times, including being named Best of Gwinnett Employment Agency by Gwinnett Magazine and Best Employment Agency Regional by Georgia Biz Journal. Spirit of Alliance Supplier of the Year Class II by GMSDC (Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council).
