Elba had a diverse career at UPS that included finance, investor relations, eCommerce strategy and sustainability. She lived as an expat in Asia, led and advised Employee Resource Groups and founded the gender equality non-profit, ShowMe50.
 

After 26 years as a UPSer, she retired in 2023. Today she serves her stakeholders with unique skills and passion in the pursuit of business-intelligent Sustainability/ESG outcomes through Sustainability Navigator and ShowMe50. Her specialties are facilitating gender empowerment and allyship corporate programs, developing sustainability roadmaps and sustainability training workshops.
