DJ Lampitt is the Vice President of Small Business Development for the National Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce, where he leads initiatives that foster entrepreneurship, innovation, and economic mobility across the island while serving as a bridge to the Puerto Rican diaspora. As a seasoned Go-To-Market strategist, DJ has worked in a leadership capacity with globally recognized brands such as Lululemon, Vega, and Diageo, bringing expertise in supply chain, sourcing, production, and globally recognized campaigns for these companies. He has an expertise within health & wellness, consumer goods, emerging tech, agriculture and climate tech. He currently advises a few government entities internationally on economic development strategies and guided the growth of brands from startup to scale-up, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.

In Puerto Rico, DJ is working on strategic energy projects that strengthen the island’s infrastructure and resilience, with a particular focus on advancing public-private partnerships and sustainable development. He has led high-performing teams within innovative global brands and startups, consistently championing impact-driven solutions that prioritize both business growth and societal good.
