Matt Atkenson (Matt)

Executive Director, Ford Pro Sales & Operations, North America

With 20+ years of marketing and sales experience, Matt Atkenson is responsible for driving Ford Pro sales growth across Commercial, Government, and Rental channels, as well as retail Super Duty and Transit sales in North America. He leads production planning, inventory management, vehicle allocation, and scheduling. Additionally, he chairs the Ford Pro Dealer Council and Fleet Advisory Board, building out strategic Ford Pro dealer network capabilities and working closely with Field Operations and Retail Marketing.

Matt’s career with Ford began in 2004 in Pittsburgh, and has lived in Washington DC, Memphis, and Detroit. He has held a variety of positions working directly with Ford dealers in roles such as Memphis Regional Manager, National C&I Manager, and US Field Operations Manager.

Born in Chicago, IL, Matt attended Purdue University and received his B.S. in Management. He also has an MBA from Georgetown University. He and his wife Stacy (married 12 years) live in Royal Oak, MI a suburb of Detroit. They have one son, Ryan (7).
