Jessica Kannya is the Enablement Executive leading business strategy and initiatives for Consumer Lending (2,500+ employees and ~$136B in residential mortgage and home equity balances). She is responsible for integration of product, pricing, credit, finance, sales, and fulfillment functions across the lending continuum. Her team delivers strategy, innovation, process and model optimization, and proficiency. 
 
Jessica has more than 20 years of financial services experience. Her experience spans the spectrum of residential real-estate, including leadership roles in correspondent, wholesale, reverse mortgage, and direct-to-consumer lending. She has led teams in operations, business support, compliance, operational risk, and process design across client segments from Retail, Preferred to high-net-worth. 
 
Jessica is an active member of the Bank’s Hispanic Organization for Leadership Advancement (HOLA), including serving as co-Executive sponsor of the Atlanta chapter where she is responsible for guiding the strategic framework and serving as a critical connect point to Employee Network leadership and the local market. Active in the community, Jessica supports the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility to promote Latino representation in corporate America and the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA). 
 
Jessica has been recognized with multiple Bank of America Valiant awards, a Global Diversity & Inclusion award, two Pinnacle awards and a Pinnacle Honors award. She was named as one of the 2023 Top Corporate Latina Executives of the year by Latina Style.
