Heather Philpot brings nearly two decades of expertise in nonprofit and political fundraising, as well as grassroots advocacy. As President of Political and Public Affairs at Moore, she leads innovation, growth, and operational strategy for the division. Her career includes consulting on five presidential campaigns, political committees, and global brands—crafting data-driven, omnichannel strategies that deliver measurable impact.
Prior to joining Moore, Heather served as Vice President at Tunnl, where she spearheaded strategic growth initiatives in public affairs and advocacy. At Data Axle, she held the role of Executive Vice President of Data Strategy and Operations, overseeing sales, strategy, and product innovation for the cooperative database, Apogee.
Heather is a former President of the DMA of Washington and a recognized thought leader in the industry. She is a frequent speaker, most recently lecturing at Johns Hopkins University on topics such as “Voter Persuasion in an AI World” and “The Psychology of Political Giving.”
A graduate of the University of New Mexico, Heather was born and raised in Albuquerque and now resides in Washington, D.C.
