As a Vice President of Service Operations Strategy & Support, Carlos Becerra is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of the company’s roadmap and strategic priorities for the Servicing organization. His team includes functions such as Customer Experience, Strategy, Functional Support, Compliance, Workforce Planning and Supplier Management. 

An attorney by trade and 25-year veteran of the financial services industry, Carlos joined Toyota 22 years ago. Prior to his current role, Carlos led contact center transformation efforts across Toyota Financial Services and Toyota Motor North America. Carlos serves on the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as a member of the Board where he is an active member of the Executive Committee and chairs the Finance Committee.  

Carlos holds a Juris Doctorate from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in his native Bogotá, Colombia. He currently resides in Plano, Texas with his wife Ana, their two children Juliana and Nicolas. He is an avid golfer and runner.
