Verónica Maldonado-Torres is the President & CEO of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GHCC). A visionary Latina business owner and community leader, she brings over a decade of experience as a small business champion and supplier diversity advocate, with deep roots in generational entrepreneurship.
Known as a people and business accelerator, Verónica excels at building strategic alliances and fostering win-win relationships between small businesses and corporate America. She previously led the Georgia Mentor Protégé Connection (MPC), where she supported over 150 firms and built partnerships with more than 130 Fortune 500 companies, and also served as Director of Strategic Alliances at the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC).
A passionate community leader, Verónica serves on multiple boards including the American Heart Association, The Assembly CID, and the Hispanic Corporate Council of Atlanta.
Her leadership has earned her numerous awards, including Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Corporate Diversity Champion (2021), Top 50 Most Influential Latinos in Georgia (2018), and 40 Under 40 Atlanta Mover & Shaker (2017).
