Dan Russell serves as the Market Manager for Chase Business Banking, overseeing operations in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi from his base in Atlanta. In his role, Dan directs the strategic initiatives of the market and leads a team comprising 6 Area Managers and 53 Business Relationship Managers. The Chase Business Banking Team is dedicated to empowering business clients by acting as trusted advisors and providing expert guidance to support their financial decision-making.  Dan also serves as a member of the Georgia Market Leadership Team. 

With over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, Dan began his career at Chase in 2008 in the Chicago area. In 2009, he transitioned to Florida as a Business Relationship Manager, contributing to Chase's expansion across the state. In 2022, Dan relocated with his family to Atlanta to spearhead the market for Chase Business Banking. He possesses extensive expertise in small business and commercial banking, with a robust background in commercial credit. Dan is an alumnus of Augustana College, where he earned a degree in Finance and Management. 

Beyond his professional achievements, Dan is committed to community service, having actively participated in organizations such as United Way, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Rotary International throughout his career.
