Rudy M. Beserra brings decades of leadership and advocacy experience to this mission. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Latin American Affairs at Vensure Employer Solutions, following a distinguished career at The Coca-Cola Company, where he served as Senior Vice President of Latin Affairs. In this role, he built and sustained Coca-Cola’s long-standing partnerships with Latino organizations, chambers of commerce, and community leaders nationwide. 

Earlier in his career, Rudy served in the Reagan Administration as Special Assistant to the President, where he played a pivotal role in helping to establish National Hispanic Heritage Month and the Hispanic Heritage Awards—two milestones that continue to celebrate the contributions of Latinos to American society. 

A proud native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and a graduate of the University of New Mexico, Rudy has been recognized with numerous honors, including the NFL Hispanic Heritage Leadership Award, the USHCC “Con Ganas” Award, and Executive of the Year by the Association of Latin Professionals in Finance. His legacy is defined by advancing opportunity, elevating Latino voices, and strengthening community impact.
