Jimmy Chow is Director of Community Relations at Mastercard. In this role he helps promote financial empowerment and equity, through education, resources and access to electronic payments technology via the Master Your Card program.

The Master Your Card program is Mastercard’s community empowerment program aimed at achieving financial literacy. The program serves people all ages, as well as for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Through this educational program he has facilitated presentations and workshops in numerous cities around the country.

Jimmy joined Mastercard in 2016, as Manager of Global Talent Development. In this role, he was responsible for identifying, creating and deploying learning opportunities for all Mastercard employees and people managers. Some areas he was responsible for included the new hire onboarding experience, professional skills to enhance employee performance and career readiness, creation of a people manager curriculum, and reporting and data analytics to enhance effectiveness and impact of Mastercard’s learning programs.

Jimmy is a New York City native and currently sits on the National Board of the YMCA.
