Nedra Dickson is a global business leader with more than 20 years of experience in procurement, supply chain strategy, and organizational transformation. She currently serves as Interim President & CEO of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), where she leads strategy, operations, and stakeholder engagement for the nation’s largest certifier of women-owned and small to medium-sized businesses, and a powerful advocate for inclusive economic growth.

Previously, Nedra spent 24 years at Accenture as Managing Director, overseeing $14B in global spend, driving small and medium business integration across 30 countries, and delivering multimillion-dollar cost savings. Recognized among the Top 100 Women in Supply Chain and the Top 100 Women in Procurement, she is a respected board leader and advocate for building stronger economies through job creation and inclusive business practices. Her expertise spans strategic sourcing, ESG, AI-driven analytics, and sustainable supply chains.


Nedra holds a BS in Computer Science from Florida State University and a BA in English Literature from the University of California, Northridge, along with executive certifications from Wharton (ESG Strategy) and Emory (AI Analytics).
