Jeshua Zapata is the author of The 4% Code and founder and CEO of Xzito, a growth strategy firm that has helped more than 1,500 founders and entrepreneurial teams design, build, fuel, and scale their businesses over the past 20 years. Born in Medellín, Colombia, Jeshua immigrated to the U.S. as a child and built his company from the ground up alongside his two best friends.

He is a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses faculty facilitator and alumnus, a certified Scaling Up coach, and a recipient of the SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Hispanic Business of the Year awards.
