Mike Pavell serves as the president of Bank of America Fort Worth. In this role, he is responsible for connecting clients, teammates, and communities to the full power of the franchise, driving integration across our eight lines of business. He oversees our efforts to grow market share by fostering local connections and identifying opportunities to grow and deepen our client relationships. He also leads the effort to deploy Bank of America's resources to help advance economic mobility and build strong communities.
In addition to being president of Fort Worth, Mike serves as a Private Bank client advisor. Mike provides customized advice and guidance to high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, and nonprofits, helping them pursue their financial goals more effectively.
Mike joined Bank of America in 1993. Over the course of his career, he has held several leadership positions with the firm. Prior to rejoining the Fort Worth team in 2004, he was a Principal and Portfolio Management officer in the former Global Corporate and Investment Bank (GCIB) division of the firm. During this tenure, Mike had coverage responsibilities in the media/telecom and financial services industries. His prior Bank of America service also includes several years in the Commercial Bank, both in Fort Worth and in Dallas. He earned both his B.B.A. and his M.B.A. from Texas Christian University (TCU).
Mike is involved in a number of community organizations. He currently serves on the boards of the Davey O’Brien Foundation and the Cook Children’s Health Foundation. Very active with his alma mater, he also serves on the Neeley Business School Board of Advisors at TCU and has previously served as the President of the Neeley Alumni Board and as a board member of the TCU Frog Club.
Mike and his wife Andrea have adult children, Whitney and Delaney.
