Joe Avila is a strategic partnerships executive with over 20 years of experience building corporate philanthropy, stakeholder engagement, supply chain, and international growth strategies for Fortune 500 companies across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe.

At Ruder Finn, Joe advised C-suite leaders at Ford and KKR and built the infrastructure to expand client engagement into LATAM markets, developing a business-aligned "Total Community Approach" that connects corporate strategy to market growth.

At Ford Motor Company Fund, he led corporate philanthropic and stakeholder engagement initiatives across the U.S., Latin America, and Spain, including the multimillion-dollar Ford Driving Dreams and Ford Driving Skills for Life initiatives, while directing Ford's disaster recovery strategy across Texas, Florida, Puerto Rico, and Mexico.

At Molson Coors, he led the expansion of the company's global procurement strategy into Mexico, Canada, South America, and Europe, driving global procurement synergies for a $500 million supply chain category.

Joe is a international business consultant and serves as a professor at Dallas College's School of Business, Hospitality, and Global Trade. He previously served on the board of the Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute, where he led Global Trade programming, and chaired the LULAC Corporate Board and the marketing committee at the Smithsonian Latino Center. He is based in Dallas, and holds an MBA and Master of International Business from the University of Denver.
