Cassandra Walker (she/her) is a supplier development leader and strategic facilitator. She connects people, ideas, and information to strengthen collaboration and cultivate intentional change.

At Ally Financial, she builds relationships and programs that expand opportunity for suppliers and strengthen industry partnerships. By using data and diverse perspectives, she identifies opportunities, shapes strategy, and turns insights into action.

Cassandra is currently studying anthropology and environmental sustainability, which adds a people-and-systems-centered perspective to her work. She’s especially curios about how humans and technology can relate and collaborate in thoughtful, productive, and sustainable ways.
