Wes Baerga is the founder and CEO of Vuepoint Digital Marketing, a nationally recognized San Antonio agency he launched in 2010. Over the past fifteen years he has consulted, grown, and scaled more than 500 businesses, most of them small and mid-sized companies competing against far larger budgets.

Wes is a consultant before he is a marketer. He has built a reputation for asking owners harder questions than they expected, finding the gap between what a business thinks is working and what actually is, and then fixing what he finds. It is why clients have stayed with him for more than a decade.

He is also the co-founder of Otto's Office, an AI workflow and automation company built to give small teams their time back, so the people already inside a business can spend their days on the work that grows it.

Wes served six years on the Board of Directors of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and remains an active advocate for Hispanic-owned business across Texas and beyond.
