Oscar, a leading healthcare technology company, helps make high-quality and affordable care more accessible for millions of people through Oscar’s Individual & Family plans and ICHRA solutions, Lucie Health Marketplace, and Trove Group.

Gisela drives strategic initiatives, growth priorities, and cross-functional execution across Texas. Her work spans market development, provider and community partnerships, distribution strategy, product initiatives, and efforts to expand healthcare access and engagement.

She leads Oscar's Hispanic Employee Resource Group, advancing bilingual and culturally relevant initiatives that strengthen connections with employees, members, and communities. Additionally, she advises internal teams on projects dedicated to make sure Latino members get the care they need.

She is passionate about building partnerships that expand access, strengthen communities, and create meaningful opportunities for Latino families across Texas.
