Danaliz Martinez, a Puerto Rico native, has been with Aflac since 2004, building her career across Puerto Rico, California, and Central-East Florida. Joining Aflac as a single mother, she progressed through every level to become one of the company’s most tenured Market Directors and the first female Market Director in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. She holds degrees in accounting, finance, and law, along with LUTCF and CLF certifications. Danaliz is passionate about developing others and fostering a strong, positive team culture. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
