As a program manager on the Verizon Responsible Business team, Oliver Chan serves as the partnership lead for Verizon’s Small Business Digital Ready initiative. In this role, he oversees national and local organizational partnerships aimed at connecting small business owners with essential digital resources. These offerings include online courses, interactive webinars, peer networking, personalized coaching, and grant opportunities designed to help SMBs strengthen their digital capabilities. Oliver earned his bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and holds a master’s degree from New York University.
