Jeremiah Cunningham is the Director of Regulatory and Strategic Analysis for Xcel Energy's Texas and New Mexico jurisdictions, based in its Amarillo, Texas headquarters. Mr. Cunningham has 13 years of experience in utility regulatory strategy and project management. Mr. Cunningham leads teams that are responsible for the development, filing, and processing of rate cases and other regulatory filings for Xcel Energy.  Additionally, Mr. Cunningham has extensive experience with the development of policy issues, engaging with stakeholders, and with advocacy for utility Commission approval of utility initiatives and projects.
