Breck Garrett, Market President for the Texas and West region at Oscar Health, is a veteran healthcare strategist with nearly 15 years of leadership experience in both the provider and payer spaces.

At Oscar, he leads a team focused on delivering accessible and affordable healthcare for members.  Responsible for driving the network expansion and P&L growth in his region, Breck remains committed to expanding healthcare access so more people can get coverage they need through the individual marketplace.

Breck also serves as an executive sponsor for Oscar's Hispanic Employee Resource Group, ensuring that the company's products and services meet the diverse needs of Oscar's providers, employees and consumers.

Prior to joining Oscar, Breck served as Texas Market President for Better Health Group, a value-based primary care group, and was VP of Growth at Southwestern Health Resources, the largest clinically-integrated network in Texas.  He began his healthcare career at Aetna, ultimately serving as Market President for South Texas.

Breck earned his B.A. from Rice University and his M.B.A. from the University of Virginia, where he was a Jack Kent Cooke Scholar.  He lives in Dallas with his wife and two kids.
