Nicole Durler-Montant is the Chief Development and Communications Officer at the Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC), a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) dedicated to expanding economic opportunity for Latino and underserved communities across the Washington, DC region. She oversees fundraising, strategic partnerships, communications, and organizational growth strategies that support LEDC’s work in small business development, lending, housing, and financial empowerment.
Nicole leads the development and execution of revenue and partnership strategies across corporate, philanthropic, and public sectors, helping strengthen access to capital and technical assistance for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Her work focuses on building sustainable funding pipelines, advancing community-centered economic development initiatives, and aligning impact measurement, storytelling, and external engagement with organizational strategy.
Prior to LEDC, Nicole contributed to international initiatives related to education, cultural diplomacy, and social development, supporting cross-sector collaboration and leadership engagement across multiple organizations and countries.
She holds a B.A. in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Ming Chuan University and a Master of Science in Social Interventions in Knowledge Societies from International University of La Rioja. Nicole is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Mandarin Chinese.
