Ms. Raghavan brings decades of experience in public-private partnerships, small business innovation, and economic development. She most recently served as the CDFI Fund Director at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the Director of the Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

Prior to her leadership positions at the CDFI Fund and NIST, Ms. Raghavan held a senior executive role at Empire State Development, New York State’s Economic Development Agency and Public Benefit Corporation, where she led the Division of Small Business and Technology Development. Ms. Raghavan also previously served as the Deputy Associate Administrator in the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and as the Senior Advisor to the Deputy Secretary in the Department of Commerce. Prior to her government services, she held several finance positions at AT&T including the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions in Europe and Asia, a small business owner assisting clients in Europe and Asia on corporate development and Vice President MTV and BET Networks.

She has a BS in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University and  MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University.
