Ticket Options to participate in the Plaza Mercado

Plaza Mercado Vendor (ONLY) - $400.00 
This ticket grants you access to participate as a Plaza Mercado Vendor only at this year's National Conference. *Please note, this ticket does not grant you access to the full Conference. An additional ticket purchase is necessary to access the rest of the event.
As a Plaza Mercado Vendor ONLY, you will have access to the following:

  • (2) Plaza Mercado Entries
  • (1) 6' X 30" Table 
  • (1) Black Linen
  • (2) Chairs 

Plaza Mercado Vendor + General Registration Tickets (2) - $1000.00
This ticket grants you access to participate as a Plaza Mercado Vendor AND access this year's National Conference as a general attendee. Your general session ticket will give you access to all National Conference receptions, general sessions, breakout sessions, and the closing awards gala.
As a Plaza Mercado Vendor and a General Registration Ticket Holder, you will have access to the following: 

  • (2) Plaza Mercado Entries
  • (2) General Registration Tickets *must be the same participants as Plaza Mercado Entries
  • (1) 6' X 30" Table 
  • (1) Black Linen
  • (2) Chairs 

What am I allowed to bring?

You will be provided with a table and two chairs. The table will come with a black tablecloth, but you are welcome to bring your own. You can also bring the following*:

  • Pop-up banners
  • Branded tablecloths
  • Products to sell (as approved by USHCC)
  • Signage

*Items not allowed: Food and beverage products for consumption on-site. Pre-packaged products are allowed as long as you have visible signage that says not to consume on-site.

If you have additional needs for your space, our decorator will be able to assist you.
